Insight Advantage in Windsor, Ontario is seeking an Employment Counsellor to assess client needs, provide counselling and refer to services. You will interview clients, develop action plans, and support job readiness, résumés and interview preparation.
Travel to client sites is required as part of the role.
The ideal candidate has a college-level certificate or diploma (1–2 years) or equivalent experience, and solid communication and organizational skills with proficiency in MS Office.
