Lead engineering reporting and Power BI systems within Sofina Canada, managing capital project information, AFE processes, and technical requirements. This data-driven role supports senior engineering leadership.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Engineering, Workplace, Maintenance and Reliability, the Manager oversees processes, reporting, and systems. The position supports Directors and cross-functional leaders while improving project management standards.

It manages engineering data, capital project governance, and department reporting for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage engineering databases, reporting, and Power BI automation
- Administer Sofina AFE submissions and approval processes
- Provide PMO governance for large strategic projects
- Develop engineering standards,



specifications, and equipment libraries
- Maintain Share Point standards and master data systems

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology
- Seven years of similar capacity experience
- Cross-functional leadership in complex stakeholder environments
- Advanced Excel, Power Point, Word, and MS Project skills
- Power BI dashboards and automated macro development proficiency
