Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
- Coach team members toward sales targets
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges through POS systems
- Support receiving, inventory management, and cycle counts

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of retail experience preferred
- Supervisory-level retail experience preferred
