Business Analytics Manager
who will play a critical role in delivering actionable insights, and driving data-driven decision-making across our portfolio. This role requires a strong analytical background combined with excellent communication skills to effectively present complex data insights to our internal team members for the clients they manage.What You’ll Do
Data Analysis & Reporting: Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide actionable insights into client performance across Amazon and other marketplaces.Tools and Tech: Become the expert in the tools and technology we utilize to serve our clients, to both help our client management teams and to effectively gather repeatable data outputsStrategy Development: Collaborate with account managers and other teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations that enhance client performance and ROI.Data Integrity: Have a solid understanding of the data collection processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and analyses.Innovation: Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry developments.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development,



to ensure alignment and support for client strategies.What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovationAt least 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on e-commerce, Amazon, or digital marketplaceProficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.G., Tableau, Power BI).Experience with retail marketing technology offerings, such as Profitero, JungleScout, Helium10 and/or othersStrong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.Client facing experience, a plusWhy Join Podean?
