Lead SafeSend’s AI-driven product evolution with platform, API, and workflow expertise in a flexible hybrid work workplace. As Director of Product, you will own SafeSend across Gather, Organizers, e-Sign, Delivery, Returns, and Extensions. You will shape one connected Gather & Deliver experience for firms and taxpayers. The mandate includes reusable workflow components, open APIs, orchestration, and CoCounsel integration. Key Responsibilities:

Own the SafeSend portfolio through tax-filing peaks Converge SafeSend and TaxCaddy into one experience Componentize workflows across the CoCounsel platform Expand APIs, events, integrations, and orchestration Deliver agentic Gather through CoCounsel Requirements:

Eight-plus years in product management Director or senior product management leadership experience Platform, API, or developer-facing product experience Experience converging products without disrupting customers Fluency with AI extraction, agents, and orchestration Lead SafeSend’s platform strategy through composable workflows, open APIs, AI-driven preparation, and trusted tax delivery experiences.
