This Senior Financial Analyst partners with R&D; and BU Finance leaders on planning, forecasting, close, and decision support. You will analyze spend, headcount, and performance drivers while building scalable models and templates. The work supports resource allocation, expense management, and investment prioritization. Key Responsibilities:

Support Finance leaders with spend, headcount, and driver analysis Maintain bottoms-up forecasts for assigned cost centers Prepare variance explanations and leadership-ready commentary Measure engineering program ROI, NPV, and payback Build scalable models supporting companywide business metrics Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field 10+ years in FP&A;, business finance, or financial analysis Advanced Excel with complex formulas, pivots, and Power Query Strong P&L; and operating expense understanding Transparent English communication with US-based stakeholders Apply financial analysis, Excel modeling, and business partnering to guide SiTime’s R&D; investments and operating performance.
