Duties
- Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and maintain an inviting store atmosphere
- Manage the thrift store’s online presence across social media platforms and website channels
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing tools
- Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and analytics to improve online visibility and engagement
- Taking photos of product, looking up prices, and posting to platforms like marketplace, Ebay and Poshmark
- Monitor e-commerce sales channels, track performance metrics with Google Analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Perform inventory management both in-store and online using SQL databases to ensure accurate product listings
- Collaborate with team members to plan promotional events and special campaigns that align with our mission of sustainability and community support
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, and Google AdWords/Google Ads campaigns
- Familiarity with social media advertising on Facebook and other platforms; experience with Facebook Advertising is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for engaging content creation via email marketing campaigns
- Creative mindset with an eye for graphic design; ability to produce visually appealing content that attracts customers
