Bannister GM Dawson Creek is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our growing team!

Whether you’re an experienced automotive sales professional or someone with a passion for helping people and a willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional dealership experience from start to finish.
- Help customers find the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle to fit their lifestyle, needs, and budget.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and encourage repeat and referral business.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
- Conduct vehicle test drives and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
- Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with our sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay informed about our Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicle lineup, promotions, and inventory.
- Work toward individual and dealership sales goals.
- Appear in social media posts and videos to help keep our page connected to the community.

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for helping people.
- Self-motivation, confidence, and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but automotive sales experience is not required!
