Carmel Industries is looking for a creative and organized Digital Content Producer to help grow our online presence, create engaging content, develop influencer relationships, and support our digital marketing activities across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable creating content, communicating with influencers and creators, and building brand visibility through social media and digital channels.

Responsibilities

- Create short-form video content for TikTok.
- Plan, film, edit, and publish TikTok videos featuring products, demonstrations, educational content, and brand-related topics.
- Monitor TikTok trends and identify content opportunities relevant to the company.
- Create professional content for LinkedIn, including product posts, company updates, educational content, industry information, and business-focused posts.
- Help maintain a consistent posting schedule across social media platforms.
- Write captions, post descriptions, and social media copy.
- Create basic graphics, videos, and other digital content for social media.
- Assist with content planning and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media activity and identify opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Track content performance, including views, engagement, clicks, follower growth, and conversions.
- Help develop campaigns for new products,



seasonal promotions, and product launches.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and current digital marketing opportunities.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation
- Comfortable creating content for TikTok and or LinkedIn.
- Experience filming and editing short-form video content.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Comfortable contacting influencers and building professional relationships.
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

This position focuses on growing the Carmel Industries brand through TikTok content, LinkedIn content, and Linkedin.

The successful candidate will help develop content, build relationships with creators, increase online visibility, and improve engagement across our digital channels.
