Coordinate mining maintenance priorities with fleet planning, equipment monitoring, and emergency parts tracking at Agnico Eagle’s Meliadine operation. Work on a 14-and-14 schedule. Reporting to the General Supervisor, Maintenance, you will support the Maintenance Department at Meliadine. The position requires planning, organizing, decision making, and priority management across daily mine activities. You will collaborate with mine operations, supervisors, stakeholders, and other departments to protect impactful equipment and maintenance compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Validate maintenance priorities using fleet availability and mine plans Monitor equipment downline status and emergency parts follow-ups Manage break-in hours alongside scheduled maintenance work Anticipate equipment mobilization and intersite logistics needs Update KPI trackers and address variance actions daily Requirements:
Ten years as a mobile maintenance supervisor or planner Mining environment or similar role experience Extensive mechanical knowledge of mining fleets Strong leadership, communication, influence, and collaboration abilities Microsoft Office expertise, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Apply maintenance planning, fleet knowledge, and priority management to support secure, coordinated operations at Agnico Eagle’s Meliadine mine.
