Lead demand planning at Pet Valu in hybrid Markham, Ontario, using advanced analytics and forecasting to optimize inventory across North America. As Demand Planning Manager, you will guide planning strategy for corporate stores and distribution centres. You will manage Demand Planning Analysts while partnering with Merchandising, Replenishment, Marketing, Finance, and vendors. The position supports national and private branded Hardlines and Specialty products, including Chico. Key Responsibilities:

Manage, develop, mentor, and recruit Demand Planning Analysts Oversee forecasts, statistical models, and historical sales analysis Review forecast accuracy, root causes, and improvement actions Coordinate promotions, marketing adjustments,



and quarterly receipt plans Partner across business units on planning and inventory initiatives Requirements:

Five to seven years of progressive supply chain experience Post-secondary education in business, supply chain, or related field Retail industry experience, preferably pet food, supplies, and accessories Advanced Excel, Microsoft 365, Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos Team leadership and robust analytical communication skills Apply demand planning leadership, advanced forecasting, and inventory optimization expertise to support Pet Valu’s supply chain.
