As a Qualcomm ASIC Engineer, you will define, model, design (digital and/or analog), optimize, verify, validate, implement, and document IP (block/SoC) development for a variety of high performance, high quality, low power world class products. Replacement Position. Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 10+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience. Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 9+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience. PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience. Work with design and verification teams in ASIC or ASIC IP projects Architect and develop models to verify system architecture. Provide oversight and direction to employees/teams in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures. Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing current employee onboarding and provide career development planning and opportunities.
