We are looking for a Tech Lead to own the technical direction of the LiveOps Monetization platform. You will guide engineers across backend and frontend stacks, make architectural decisions, and ensure our systems scale to the demands of real‑time operations. Provide technical leadership across backend (PHP, Go) and frontend (React/NextJS). Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and drive engineering best practices. Oversee performance, observability, and reliability improvements. 5+ years experience in software engineering, including leadership responsibilities. ~ Strong backend experience and solid understanding of frontend architecture. ~ Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL). ~ Experience with distributed systems, performance tuning, and monitoring. ~ Background in gaming, fintech, or high‑load platforms.
