As a Senior Software Engineer on the Infrastructure Platform team, you will work across a broad technical footprint, including AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, distributed systems, observability, deployment tooling, and internal developer platforms. Design, build, and operate AWS-based cloud infrastructure and platform services. Work across AWS, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability, and distributed systems. Evaluate system interactions, identify risks or inefficiencies, and drive improvements. Improve reliability, performance, availability, and maintainability of production systems. Instrument, debug, and improve services and infrastructure (including TypeScript services). Lead technical initiatives from problem definition through delivery and adoption. Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and progress to engineering stakeholders. Mentor engineers on building reliable, scalable systems. 5+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience. ~ Deep AWS experience in production environments. ~ Experience building internal platforms, developer tooling, or shared services. ~ Strong programming skills and ability to debug production systems (TypeScript a plus). ~ Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment workflows. ~ Experience leading technical initiatives with multiple stakeholders. ~ At this time, we are only able to hire employees residing in these provinces.
