Balance speed with quality. Champion secure engineering, DevOps, automation, resilient solutions and sound architecture without losing delivery momentum. Coach leaders and practitioners, share your expertise and continuously raise the delivery bar across the organization. You can quickly understand a complex situation and help strong teams find a practical way forward. 8+ years of progressive experience in technology, including 5+ years in senior leadership or delivery leadership roles. The technical depth to engage credibly on APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, microservices, containers, architecture, security and production operations. Experience with modern technology environments such as Java, Node.js, React.js, Oracle, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Docker and Kubernetes. A pragmatic understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps automation, secure software development and modern engineering practices.
