The Social Media Coordinator develops photo, video, and written content for major social platforms. You will support social goals, engage guests, and provide accurate information across West Edmonton Mall and Fantasyland Hotel accounts. The work includes scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and live event coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create photos and videos highlighting both properties positively
- Write accurate, engaging, on-brand social copy
- Monitor comments, direct messages, and user-generated content
- Schedule posts and provide CRM analytics reports




- Cover events and collect content during evenings or weekends

Requirements:

- One to two years of social media marketing experience
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Experience with Hootsuite, Asana, Monday.com, Canva, or CapCut
- Strong photo, video, and written communication skills
- Basic security clearance and versatile availability required
