Lead Dealer changeovers across Ontario with process design and team leadership at Canadian Tire Corporation. Travel across Canada supports this full-time contract role.
As Manager, Changeover Operations, you will oversee the Dealer Changeover lifecycle from announcement through Finalization. You will lead Dealer Changeover Consultants nationally while coordinating with Dealers, committees, departments, and third-party vendors. The role focuses on factual, fair, and frictionless transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Dealer Changeover Consultants through national process execution
- Oversee multi-million-dollar asset and inventory transfers
- Mediate unresolved transaction matters within policy
- Coordinate schedules with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Support Finalization involving existing and retiring Dealers
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of team leadership experience
- Experience designing processes and implementing change management
- Robust mediation, coaching, and mentoring abilities
- Microsoft Office knowledge, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Canada
