As Recruitment Lead, you will guide Recruitment Specialists while maintaining high standards across hiring activities. You will oversee pipelines, review scorecards, coach interviews, and communicate with international clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Recruitment Specialists and maintain hiring quality standards
- Approve candidate scorecards before client submission
- Coach screening interviews and provide actionable feedback
- Monitor pipelines, bottlenecks, deadlines, and placements
- Provide weekly client updates through offer acceptance

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Agency or high-growth environment experience
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
