Track tools, supplies, and PPE with Birch Mountain Enterprises in Fort McKay, working full time on a seven-days-on, seven-days-off schedule.

As an experienced Tool Crib/Inventory Attendant, you will support BME by distributing, stocking, and controlling inventory. The position requires Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, accurate data entry, supplier follow-up, and explicit communication. You will help maintain service supporting customers and ownership from the Fort McKay Incubator Park.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, stock, select, and dispense PPE to employees
- Track, control, and maintain tools, supplies, parts, and PPE
- Follow up on purchasing, suppliers, quotes, and late deliveries
- Compare vendor invoices with quoted pricing and resolve discrepancies




- Complete physical inventories, cycle counts, data entry, and reporting

Requirements:

- Two or more years of related tool crib or inventory experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel programs
- Basic computer skills and inventory system familiarity
- Accurate organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, dependable, and available for required overtime
