As a Senior Courier, you will cover open routes rather than maintaining one regular assignment. The work requires operating company vehicles, serving customers, and completing at least 15 routes in a floating capacity. You will mentor hourly employees, demonstrate role model behaviour, support conflict resolution, and promote potential incremental revenue through continued sales.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of previous courier experience
- Valid driver's licence and valuable driving record
- Ability to complete training and maintain DG certification
- Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver 150-pound packages
