As Human Resources Business Partner, you will support project leadership throughout a major hydroelectric modernization and rehabilitation initiative. You will integrate HR processes across partner organizations, sub-consultants, and project teams. Your work will cover recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, development, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with leadership on strategic workforce planning
- Lead project recruitment action plans with Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate sub-consultant HR teams and partner relationships




- Lead onboarding and support employee lifecycle activities
- Ensure HR policies, audits, and reports meet legal requirements

Requirements:

- University degree in Human Resources Management
- Over eight years of progressive HR generalist experience
- Experience with employee relations and performance management
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
- Full time presence five days weekly at the project office
