Client engagement and financial advice define this on-site Associate Financial Advisor position at CIBC’s Banking Centre. Support personal and small business clients with personalized solutions.
As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will understand client priorities and recommend solutions for financial goals. You will manage a mortgage client portfolio individually or with a team, while building relationships through advice-based conversations. Banking centre hours may include evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients to understand personal and business priorities
- Recommend retail banking solutions and forward-looking financial plans
- Manage mortgage client portfolios and deepen relationships
- Network with clients, families, friends,
and community partners
- Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications
Requirements:
- Two to three years providing financial advice to clients
- Experience achieving sales results through advice-based conversations
- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in valuable standing
- Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing requirements
- Current CFSA accreditation is an asset
