Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, the nurse assesses client needs, administers prescribed treatments, monitors responses, and provides education to clients and caregivers.





Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing degree or practical nursing diploma programCurrent registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)Minimum of 1-year experience (preferred)Strong assessment skills and the ability to recognize and respond to infusion-related complicationsAbility to work independently, exercise sound clinical judgment, and seek support when required.
Excellent communication, organization, documentation, and time-management skills.
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExperience with PICC and central line care is an asset.
Knowledge of current nursing assessment and management of Tracheostomy & Ventilation Care.
Experience with Ventilators and Tracheostomy an asset
