As a Learning Advisor, you will support employee learning and development through Workday Learning administration, ServiceNow ticket management, and learning-resource guidance. You will manage user access, course scheduling, reporting, technical troubleshooting, and employee requests. The position also contributes to learning approaches, governance, sustainment, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Workday Learning users, courses, and reporting
- Manage learning inquiries through ServiceNow tickets
- Guide employees through resources and technical issues
- Partner with colleagues on learning governance and sustainment
- Optimize processes supporting employee learning experiences
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education
- Two years of learning experience
- Learning Management Systems experience; Workday is an asset
- ServiceNow or similar ticketing-system experience
- Robust communication and customer-centric interpersonal skills
