As a Maintenance Worker reporting to the Manager, Tenant Experience, you will maintain occupied and vacant units, common areas, and grounds. The work includes carpentry, basic electrical repairs, plumbing, drywall, painting, appliances, inspections, cleaning, and safety checks. Professional tenant service remains essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete residential maintenance, repairs, and improvements
- Perform carpentry repairs on doors, flooring, cabinets, and hardware
- Troubleshoot basic electrical systems, fixtures, and smoke detectors
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures, drains, and water components




- Prepare vacant units through repairs, cleaning, inspections, and safety checks

Requirements:

- Grade 10 or equivalent with relevant building maintenance training
- Minimum two years of building maintenance or construction experience
- Knowledge of building repair methods, safety legislation, and hand tools
- Valid Class G driver's licence or equivalent
- Mandatory English communication and satisfactory Criminal Records Check
