In this Auto Claims Advisor position, you will guide customers through claims with professionalism and expertise. You will manage claim details, coordinate services, and explain coverage. The work combines customer service, investigation, analysis, and negotiation while maintaining accurate documentation and timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Two-plus years of auto claims adjusting experience preferred
- Ability to manage workflows involving 100-plus claims

- Post-secondary education or CIP progress considered an asset
