Lead Drayton Valley Home Care and Serenity House teams through communication, clinical judgment, and coordinated care management. This regular full-time position works days at Drayton Valley Hospital.

As Home Care Manager, you report to the Area Director and support Assisted Living Alberta’s vision, mission, and business. You oversee professional and unregulated staff while managing operations, compliance, audits, planning, and program changes. The work emphasizes protected, timely, comprehensive, quality care and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct Home Care and Serenity House Type B teams
- Manage daily Home Care office and continuing care operations
- Mentor staff and assist with scheduling




- Address client concerns and maintain practice standards
- Coordinate with contracted and non-contracted community partners

Requirements:

- Current professional license or active registration
- Three years’ management experience within the last five years
- Three years’ home care experience
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and work travel access
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
