Lead strategic pursuits for WSP’s Property & Buildings business, using capture planning and proposal development to advance major opportunities.

As a Strategic Pursuit Manager, you will shape positioning, develop win strategies, and collaborate with senior leaders across markets. The role requires market research, competitive intelligence, advanced communication, and strong proposal management. You will support sustainable growth through high-value pursuits across the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Go/No-Go decisions for strategic Property & Buildings pursuits
- Develop capture plans and winning pursuit strategies
- Analyze markets and competitive intelligence for differentiators
- Lead compliant, high-quality, timely proposal submissions




- Maintain chance records and reporting in Oracle systems

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant discipline
- 8+ years in pursuit, capture, proposal, or business development management
- Experience leading capture planning and winning strategies
- Understanding of Alternative Delivery Projects procurement processes
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
