Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for the UPCC team in North Vancouver, BC. You will supervise day-to-day operations, coordinate client flow, and support nursing and allied staff.

This role requires current BCCNM RN registration, 3 years of community health nursing experience with leadership, and ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and improve service delivery. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for qualified growth.
