This existing vacancy is a long-term assignment for an occasional teacher or qualified teacher applicant. The assignment is governed by the Education Act, regulations, and the current OECTA Elementary Collective Agreement. Applications are encouraged from Ontario Certified Teachers and eligible education students holding, or having applied for, transitional certification through the Ontario College of Teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach the Core French/PTM program at 1.00 FTE
- Provide educational experiences within HCDSB Catholic schools




- Support student learning across Halton Catholic communities
- Follow the applicable assignment schedule and collective agreement

Requirements:

- Qualifications under the Education Act and applicable regulations
- Ontario Certified Teacher status or eligible transitional certification
- Application through the qualified occasional teacher roster when applicable
- Compliance with OECTA Elementary Collective Agreement Article 17.3
