Keep Northview residential properties safe and functional in Calgary, using hands-on building maintenance and responsive troubleshooting. Support residents through timely repairs and explicit communication.

As a Maintenance Technician on Northview’s Residential team, you will report to the Regional Manager. Your work includes preventative maintenance, suite repairs, inspections, minor renovations, and property upkeep. You will address plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance, and general building maintenance needs across residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete drywall repairs, painting, preparation, and suite upgrades
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, appliance, and building repairs
- Inspect suites and buildings for maintenance or safety concerns




- Respond to work orders and after-hours emergency situations
- Document completed work, deficiencies, materials, and required follow-up

Requirements:

- Previous building or property maintenance experience
- Hands-on knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliances
- Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize requests, and manage work orders
- Strong resident service, communication, and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation where required
