Insight Global seeks a Project Controls Manager for a six-month contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a large construction company. The manager oversees four employees and regional controls activities across commercial, water, and transit projects. Strong communication with project teams and senior leadership is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee four project controls employees across the region
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost management
- Serve as the InEight subject matter expert
- Train Project Managers and project teams on best practices




- Develop dashboards and provide portfolio-level project insights

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years in Project Controls or related disciplines
- Previous leadership managing project or cost controls personnel
- Solid InEight experience supporting construction projects
- Experience with large capital construction projects and portfolios
- Relevant certification or post-secondary education preferred
