The Lacroix Medical Group is seeking a Director of Surgical Operations to oversee daily management, performance, and excellence of its surgical facilities in Quebec City and Laval. You will coordinate the patient and surgical journey from pre-op to post-op, leading surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing teams.

Reporting to the President and CEO, you will drive operational rigor, staffing plans, and budget adherence while maintaining the highest standards of clinical quality and patient safety
