This vacant Labatt position supports maintenance development and execution across process and brewing equipment. You will plan work, coordinate parts, and contribute technical skills to line efficiency improvements. The role includes equipment troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and collaboration with technicians, brewers, suppliers, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and schedule maintenance work independently as required
- Identify, order, stage, and return parts for work orders
- Manage repairable spare parts and maintain staging areas
- Create bills of materials and update performance metrics




- Support maintenance reviews, process maps, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- 306A Red Seal Plumber certification
- Technical understanding of pumps, valves, and brewing equipment
- Experience using SAP, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Suite
- Solid troubleshooting, communication, leadership, and relationship skills
- SDCA certification and ability to meet physical job demands
