The DC Operations Planning Manager creates short and medium-term production plans for Canadian distribution centres. You will partner with Distribution, Transportation, Capacity Planning, and other cross-functional teams to support throughput, capacity, efficiency, and customer service. The role also develops performance reporting, improves planning tools, and coaches production planning analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly volume and labour plans
- Adjust plans for changing priorities and circumstances
- Partner across functions to maximize capacity and throughput




- Present performance reports tracking KPIs and trends
- Manage, mentor, and coach production planning analysts

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of progressive supply chain experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering or operations management
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts and best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Forecasting and warehouse systems experience, including SAP or WMS
