As Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee daily foundry production while spending approximately 60% of your time on the floor. Lead Team Leaders and production employees, coordinate labor and resources, and support strong employee relations. Apply structured problem-solving with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams.

- Supervise protected, efficient, compliant foundry operations

Requirements:
- Five-plus years supervising heavy manufacturing environments
- Experience working within a unionized workforce
- Strong Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Foundry operations experience or related education preferred
