As a Training Specialist, you will develop, deliver, and manage initiatives supporting Clearview clients and internal teams. The work includes user guides, tutorials, multimedia presentations, webinars, workshops, and on-site sessions. You will adapt content for different audiences and learning levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create user guides, tutorials, and multimedia presentations
- Deliver webinars, workshops, and in office training sessions
- Maintain recorded training sessions for on-demand access
- Coordinate schedules and prioritize training requests
- Improve programs using feedback and assessment results
Requirements:
- Proven Training Specialist experience, preferably in SaaS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with virtual training platforms and tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
