The role combines technical leadership with client management and business development, leveraging an entrepreneurial, employee-owned culture.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in civil transport engineering, P.Eng. designation, RAQS certification, and proficiency with Synchro, VISSIM, Aimsun, and EMME.
