London Drugs is seeking a Department Manager, General Merchandise (DMGM) to oversee Sales Supervisors, stocking staff and floor merchandising. You will drive sales by using financial information and maintain standards.
In the absence of store leadership you assume full store operation responsibility. The role requires prior Sales Supervisor experience, proven leadership, and the ability to train and motivate staff while maintaining high standards and solid customer service.
