This experienced CC&B; Test Lead manages testing for utility-based projects and related integrations. The work covers Oracle CC&B;, EDI validation, functional and integration testing, and stakeholder coordination. Tosca or Selenium experience is preferred for automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead testing for Oracle Customer Care and Billing applications
- Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and execution schedules
- Manage functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing
- Validate CC&B; EDI processes, APIs, services,



and application layers
- Coordinate defect triage, resolution, reporting, and quality assurance

Requirements:

- Experience leading CC&B; or utility project testing activities
- Expertise in Oracle Customer Care and Billing
- Knowledge of utility operations and industry requirements
- Experience with JIRA, HP ALM, or similar tools
- Solid stakeholder management, reporting, and team leadership skills
