Calgary-based Junior Financial Analyst supporting forecasting and reporting for Alberta Homes within Brookfield Residential’s Finance & Planning function.

Based at 4906 Richard Road SW, this junior position supports consolidated Calgary, Edmonton, and Alberta processes. You will update Vena budgets and housing proformas, prepare financial statements, analyze quarterly results, and maintain reporting data. The work supports guidance, Business Plan, and asset reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and consolidate monthly Alberta Homes unit continuity
- Update Vena budgets, proformas, actuals, and forecasts
- Support guidance, Business Plan, and quarterly reporting
- Analyze asset-level margins, cashflows, valuations, and impairments




- Compile schedules and presentations for management review

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Real Estate, Accounting, or Finance
- At least one year of related progressive experience
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
- Planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial data management skills
