The Tlicho Community Services Agency seeks a Community Health Licensed Practical Nurse reporting to the Nurse in Charge. The Health Centre serves as Behchoko’s sole health facility. Your work supports residents through clinics, immunization programs, chronic disease care, and other community health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide non-emergency medical care to Behchoko residents
- Deliver Well-Child and Adult clinics
- Support pre and post-natal clinics
- Provide school health and immunization programs
- Deliver sick clinic, emergency, and Home Care services
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma
- Two years of recent nursing experience
- Acute care or northern health centre experience
- Ability to support community health programs
