As a Producer on Marsh’s Growth team, you will grow a mid-sized book of business across larger or nuanced Property & Casualty accounts. The work combines account management, market research, proposal development, and custom solutions. You will engage CFOs, Treasury, Finance, and Legal professionals while supporting complex, high-priority accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and expand a mid-sized Property & Casualty book
- Develop sales strategies for managed accounts
- Research markets and identify relationship needs




- Prepare competitive proposals using project and market data
- Develop compliant custom product solutions

Requirements:

- Experience managing and growing insurance business books
- Success acquiring new logos and expanding client relationships
- Strong strategic sales and account management skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities
