This Talent Sourcer and Recruiter role focuses on sourcing, research, and interviewing across industries and functions. You will receive active role briefs, assess candidates, and deliver tight shortlists to senior recruiters. The position is not business development or account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox
- Apply Boolean searches and the candidate database
- Conduct structured, in-depth candidate interviews
- Build shortlists for senior recruiters and clients
- Update every candidate stage in Loxo same day
Requirements:
- Minimum four years full-cycle agency recruiting experience
- Solid LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, Projects, and InMail skills
- Structured interviewing and accurate candidate assessment abilities
- Experience across multiple industries and role types
- Based in Metro Vancouver, Port Moody, Coquitlam, or Tri-Cities preferred
