Manage Meridian payment services in a hybrid opportunity based at the St. Catharines Corporate Office, using analysis and vendor coordination.

Reporting to the Director, Credit Card & Payments, the Payments Specialist oversees daily payment operations and continuous improvement. You will support debit cards, Interac e-Transfers, wires, bill payments, and related services. The role also coordinates incidents, maintains governance, and supports modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and support varied payment products and services
- Coordinate payment incidents, escalations, and service disruptions
- Maintain payment governance, documentation, reports, and checklists
- Support payment modernization projects and emerging solution research




- Manage vendors, partners, contracts, and payment issue resolution

Requirements:

- Five to seven years in financial services
- Five years in a relevant payments specialty
- Experience with debit cards, Interac, wires, and AFT
- Robust payments regulations, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication with sound judgment
