Asset Living is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel (Employment & Labor) to partner with HR and operations across a multi-state footprint. The attorney will handle agency charges, pre-suit resolutions, and lead litigation/arbitration management with outside counsel.
JD from an ABA-accredited law school with 3–5 years in employment and labor law is required. Travel up to 10% may be needed; the role is safety-sensitive and reports to the General Counsel.
