Lead commercial real estate data products at Avison Young Technologies, combining product management with SQL, data architecture, and analytics expertise. This role operates across Canadian locations.

As Lead of Analytics Engineering, you will guide proprietary data products and data science models for investor, occupier, and public sector decisions. You will translate complex needs into scalable solutions while partnering with clients, advisory teams, leadership, engineering, and data science teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead discovery, testing, scaling, launches, and iteration for data products
- Oversee mathematical and algorithmic approaches for real estate decisions
- Define business and technical requirements with delivery teams
- Manage vendor renewals, delivery timelines, and data evaluation




- Communicate roadmaps, releases, and strategy to stakeholders and clients

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, engineering, business, real estate, or related field
- Ten years’ commercial real estate strategy experience minimum
- Five years working directly with technology, data, and analytics
- Understanding of SQL, data architecture, pipelines, and geospatial datasets
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
