As a Lead Professional – Mechanical, you will direct senior-level technical delivery across new-build and retrofit projects. You will own mechanical scope, coordinate multidisciplinary design, engage clients, and mentor developing professionals. The work spans commercial, institutional, residential, and industrial sectors while remaining hands-on.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead mechanical projects from concept through completion
- Design HVAC, heating, cooling plant, and district energy solutions
- Coordinate architectural, electrical, structural, and civil teams
- Prepare and review drawings, specifications,



and construction documentation
- Support construction through site reviews and technical issue resolution

Requirements:

- Eight to twelve years of professional experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering
- Skilled Engineer designation and Canadian licensure
- Experience designing HVAC and central plant systems
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
