Lead MRI operations at William Osler Health System using strong leadership, staffing judgment, and patient-centred care across Osler sites.

The DI Modality Supervisor works under Diagnostic Imaging managers as part of the department’s leadership team. This supervisor oversees modality operations, supports quality management, manages staff productivity, and develops teams. The position also requires PACS knowledge, policy compliance, and team-oriented relationships with clinical partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize workload, assignments, staffing, and scheduling for daily requirements
- Coach staff and support professional practice and patient-centred care
- Monitor performance expectations, policies, procedures, and safety standards




- Drive evidence-based modality practices for staffing and equipment utilization
- Maintain PACS knowledge and support quality assurance adaptations

Requirements:

- Recognized MRI program completion and contrast injection certification
- At least five years of recent medical imaging experience
- Previous leadership experience and effective leadership skills
- Registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario
- Ability to travel and work at all Osler sites
