This leadership position supports the Property Manager across daily operations, leasing success, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and team development. You will address resident concerns, conduct tours, lease units, and help maintain service standards throughout the community. The position also includes budgeting support, rent collection, resident communications, and inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Property Manager with daily property activities
- Address current and prospective residents’ concerns professionally
- Manage operations team communication standards with residents
- Conduct tours and lease units as required
- Train team members in sales and service techniques
Requirements:
- Post-secondary property management or related courses
- Three or more years of related property management experience
- Robust Microsoft Office skills
- Yardi experience considered an asset
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
